Design 

Known for its innovative products, NUK has produced its first sustainable pacifier.  Your baby will find comfort in the clever design as the original shape is modelled from a mother’s nipple, making a smoother transition for your little one when breastfeeding. The soft surface is perfectly moulded to fit against the baby’s palate allowing for tongue-sucking movement. These pacifiers have an orthodontic shape which reduces pressure on baby’s jaw and teeth, resulting in little to no risk of teeth misalignment. The NUK Air System ensure that air can always escape, leaving the mouthpiece soft and flexible.  

Materials 

NUK pacifiers are made from more than 98% natural rubber latex and sustainable plastic that is 100% linked to renewable raw materials, so planet-conscious parents are satisfied. The sustainable, renewable, and energy-efficient production methods don’t stop there as the packaging is made from 100% FSC-certified and recycled paper.  

Age & Colours  

Parents have a variety of colour options to choose from when it comes to baby pacifiers, soothers, or dummies, tailored to their little one’s age. For newborns up to 6 months old, there are the soothing shades of Grey, Rose, and Teal. As babies transition to the 6-12 month age range, they can continue enjoying the calming effects of Teal. For slightly older babies, between 6 to 18 months, soothing hues like Grey and Rose are available, ensuring comfort and style throughout different stages of infancy.

 The colours are lovely and the designs are very cute. So far there has been absolutely no damage done to any of the teats which is impressive due to my little ones having a tendency to bite them! I found the previous brand always used to split/break very easily but not the case with these at all. One obvious thing could be the teat size but I suspect it is due to the materials also.
